How to Mount (View Slide Show on Left): One well placed bolt mounted through the tunnel of your sled holds the Powder-Jack firmly in place. The location of the bolt hole should be carefully chosen and drilled so as to avoid damaging your sled in any way. After drilling your bolt hole, mount your Powder-Jack on your tunnel and store the foot plate in your gear bag or trunk.

Our jack components are constructed of both aluminum and stainless steel to provide years of rust-proof use. Overall weight is 4.75 lbs., jack mechanism and shaft constructed with 6061 Grade Aluminum. Shaft length is 72". Foot plate dimensions are 7.5" x 7.5" 3/16 Aluminum.
